HondaLink is a suite of connected services that connects your vehicle to your smartphone app, offering you all kinds of useful abilities. This app also lets you access services from outside the vehicle, perfect for navigating unexpected circumstances. What's Included in the Basic Package?
This is the first HondaLink package you could choose, and it sets you up for success with all the essentials! When you opt for the Basic package, you can download the HondaLink app, and start using these remote services from your smartphone. For example, you can use HondaLink for 24/7 roadside assistance, and to easily book service appointments! Your app will locate nearby Honda dealers, and help you remotely schedule service. Other services within the basic package include vehicle guides such as a digital version of your owner's manual, recall notifications, and more!

How Does the Link Package Help With Navigation?
The next available package is called Link, and it has some unique features that go above and beyond Basic. For example, those with a built-in navigation system can look up a destination on their smartphone, and then send that location to their car's GPS in order to load their directions more easily. You can also save these locations to your favorites, and keep track of frequently-visited places. Other services included in Link are dashboard stats such as fuel level, engine oil status, and mileage. You can also get a monthly vehicle health report for your Honda, as well as notifications about any maintenance lights or other alerts that may arise for your vehicle.Â

How Does the Security Package Help in an Accident?
Up next, there's the Security package. Just as the name suggests, Security includes additional features that are all about safety and security, giving you peace of mind wherever you go. We already mentioned the 24/7 access to roadside assistance, which includes fuel delivery, jump-starts, and more, but the Security package offers enhanced roadside assistance like towing and repairs. The Security package also offers automatic collision notifications, sending alerts to a live agent in the event of an accident. In case of an emergency, there's also Emergency Alert, wherein that agent will stay on the call with you to ensure emergency services arrive to help. Lastly, you can easily wipe personal data from your Honda using the Security package.

What are the HondaLink Remote Services?
The next package we want to discuss is the Remote package, which offers everything you need for a more convenient experience! For example, you can access things like remote start, so that you can warm or cool your car beore getting inside. There's also a remote lock and unlock function, as well as a security alarm alert, which will let you know if your car alarm was activated, even if you're away from the vehicle. Other features include a Find My Car system which will allow you to view your vehicle on a map in order to find where you parked, as well as a stolen vehicle locator, which will help you accurately report vehicle theft. You can also get a Geofence Alert, which will let you know anytime your car arrives at or leaves a given destination of your choosing.Â
