LX
The LX is the 2021 Honda CR-V's base-level trim. It features a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), the standard powertrain for the whole lineup. Inside, the LX brings you a 6-way adjustable driver's seat, as well as a 60/40 folding rear seat, Bluetooth connectivity, and automatic climate control. It features the standard Honda Sensing Safety Suite which includes low-speed automatic emergency braking, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assist, lane-departure warning, and adaptive cruise control with low-speed following.

Special Edition
The Special Edition sub-trim builds upon the LX trim with the addition of some extra features. It is available in either 2-wheel or all-wheel drive, with sporty black-painted wheels and black exterior accents. Some of the Special Edition's features include dual-zone automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and heated front seats.Â

EX
The second main trim level for the 2021 Honda CR-V is the EX, which also expands upon the standard features provided by the LX. The EX features a 7-inch infotainment touchscreen display with smartphone integration using Apple Carplay and Android Auto. It also features heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, a moonroof, keyless entry and ignition, and tinted rear windows. It utilizes the same 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine which provides 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque.

EX-L
The EX-T trim shares many things in common with the EX. However, it also adds its own unique features, such as a power-adjustable passenger's seat in addition to the power driver's seat. Finally, the EX-T includes an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a Homelink universal garage door opener, and a 180-watt, 8-speaker sound system.

Touring
The Touring is the top-tier model of the 2021 Honda CR-V trim level lineup. It also features an upgraded 9-speaker audio setup, roof rails for extra cargo storage, and LED headlights.
